PAC 750XL UPDATE

Hello from Utility Aircraft Corporation,

The Aero Twin passenger seats are approved. These seats have integral seatbelts and they fold up.

Two aircraft have been configured with magnetometers. One is in service in Africa and the other in Canada. Word has it that the plane makes an excellent geophysical survey platform. The typical flight profile involves flight 50 meters AGL in long straight lines, regardless of the terrain. With its great power to weight ratio, the 750XL can go up hills better than anything short of a helicopter. And like all revenue generating operations for the XL, it just seems to perform them better for less.

The 750XL is proving itself to be quite popular in Africa. Although I have not seen the conditions it operates under, I understand the ability of the aircraft to lift a heavy load from a short runway will give the operators lift ability they could only dream of.

Two more PAC 750XL's were delivered here in the US last month.

Raeford Aviation, Inc. in Raeford North Carolina and Vertical Air, Inc.in DeLand, Florida took delivery of their new aircraft. Both these aircraft were ferried from Mecachrome, located in Mirabel, Canada.

I ferried N216PK, departing late in the evening, clearing customs in Burlington, Vermont, and pressing on down through the New York/Washington area. The majority of my flying takes place west of the Rockies, so I was pretty impressed with the population density on the East Coast. The weather was clear and I was glad to be flying in the middle of the night as the controllers are pretty relaxed and the airspace uncluttered. I arrived in Raeford later than expected due to a precautionary fuel stop, and was greeted to a rousing welcome at 2.30am, which was the highlight of an uneventful trip. By the time everyone had drifted off to get some sleep, it was almost dawn and hardly worth going to bed ! Good fun.

Chris Cunningham from Deland and UAC's Ray Ferrell left some nasty weather and head winds behind in Canada.Things got better enroute and they picked up a good tail wind, arriving in DeLand in the late evening.

PAC 750XL Registration N750DV will be making a cross country demonstration tour with the following stops:

May 12: From Fayard Enterprises, Louisburg, NC to Fredericksburg, Virginia

May 12-13: Day of the SKYDIVER CELEBRATION. This is a big event in conjunction with dedication
of the new USPA headquarters building and a memorial for Bill Ottley. Bill is an ICON
in US Skydiving history. Details at www.uspa.org . There will be over 500 people
(major players in the Skydiving industry) attending.

May 13-14: We will be flying jumpers and demonstrating the plane to interested
parties at West Point, Virginia.

May 15: Demo flights and jumpers at AerOhio Skydiving Center, Inc. Akron, Ohio.

May 16: Demo flights and jumpers at Skydive Chicago, Inc. Illinois.

May 17: Demo flights and jumpers at Lincoln Sport Parachute Club, Lincoln, Nebraska.

May 18: Demo flights and jumpers at Mile-High Skydiving Center, Denver, Colorado.

May 19: Demo flights and jumpers at Ogden Skydiving Center. Ogden, Utah.

May 26-29: First ever "TWIN PAC BOOGIE" at Skydance SkyDiving, Davis, California.

We hope you will be able to check out the aircraft at one of these locations. The PAC 750XL is proving itself to be the winner that we expected and continues to amaze everyone who operates it. Veteran operators who disbelieved our performance claims have admitted that our claims actually understate the capability of the aircraft. We like that. We took a fair amount of abuse over our performance model, but that has stopped.Seeing this plane at work, riding along or flying it, forces you to evaluate what you know about operating a turbine.

We are taking orders for 2006 and now is a great time to start thinking about having a PAC 750XL at your operation for 2007. We have not seen the peak of fuel pricing. For all the multiengine operators in the skydive fleet, the PAC 750XL payments could be less than the fuel bill.

Wow.

Feel free to contact us any time.

Regards,

Philip Esdaile
